Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to spare parts, appliances, and goods purchased directly from WATT-SERVICE LIMITED. It does not apply to installed, used, or bespoke items, or to labour/services, which are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

2. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible to return goods if:

  • The item was purchased directly from WATT-SERVICE LIMITED.

  • The return is requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or email confirmation).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Services or labour (e.g. engineer visits, diagnostics, assessments).

  • Installed or used spare parts/appliances.

  • Custom-ordered or modified goods.

  • Electrical components once packaging is opened (due to safety reasons).

  • Products returned after the 30-day window.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging and items for inspection or collection.

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.

5. How to Return

  • Your full name and contact number.

  • Order number or invoice.

  • Reason for return.

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or faulty).

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm the return process.

6. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or delivered in error.

7. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Items must be returned to the address provided in our return confirmation.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size or model), please request a return first, then place a new order for the desired item.

9. Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Prepaid services can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund.

  • Emergency service bookings are only refundable within 20 minutes after payment.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
